Interactive wayfinding kiosks to post free ads for small retailers

Small businesses in Aurora, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, can post ads for free on the eight recently installed CityPost interactive touchscreen kiosks, according to a Daily Herald report.
The wayfindng kiosks. operated by Smart City Media in downtown Aurora and at the Route 59 Commuter Station. provide visitors and residents information on local attractions and events.
The free business posts include a landing page to inform viewers about the business, including discounts and promotions. Businesses can also purchase paid advertising that will rotate on the kiosks in a broadcast loop.
Posts will be viewable at all eight kiosks and on the CityPost app available on Google Play and in the App Store.
