JCPenney launches 'Know Before You Go' campaign

If you can't beat 'em, integrate 'em: JCPenney recently unveiled a new initiative on its Web site, "Know Before You Go," aimed at bringing the online and in-store shopping experiences closer together. Features include the "Know You Can Find It" search function; "Know If It's In Stock," with zip code lookup; and "Know If It's On Sale," which displays weekly circulars on-screen and lets users print shopping lists to take on a trip to the store.
