JCPenney shutting another batch of stores

In the wake of its bankruptcy filing, retailer J. C. Penney Company, Inc. is getting ready to close 13 more stores in addition to the 200 closures happening by summer's end.

The total amount of closures taking place, 250 stores, represent 30% of the retailer's 846 locations, according to a CNN Business report.

The retailer has already started liquidation sales.
