Kibo is acquiring Baynote, a cloud personalization platform, to boost commerce solutions. Baynote, according to an announcement, provides a smart data hub that leverages historic data and real-time behavior to provide a holistic customer view.
Kibo is a cloud-based omnichannel commerce vendor.
"Kibo's mission is to make omnichannel retail accessible to all sellers regardless of size or technical depth," stated Kenneth Frank, CEO, Kibo, in the announcement.
"Personalizing experiences at every touch point is one of the top priorities for retailers to drive growth and loyalty. Individualization has proven to uplift sales and we are excited to bring this to B2C and B2B retailers and brands of all shapes and sizes."
