Kohl's shoring up workforce as holiday season beckons

Not only is J.C. Penney hiring big for the holiday season but Kohl's is expected to bring on 69,000 additional workers for the big sales season, nearly the same number hired for temporary work in 2015.

That's just a bit under Target's prediction to hire 70,000 seasonal employees, according to Fox News.
