Le Creuset deploys customer engagement program for retailers

In a quest to spur store traffic and boost sales, Le Creuset is launching a digital culinary program for retailers.

The goal is to help retailers selling Le Creuset products boost engagement with customers via product demonstrations, according to a Home World Business report.

"Whether it's a 'stop-by' product demo to capture customer attention, or a demo that is part of a structured event, such as a culinary class or in-store event, the goal is to help our customers learn more about the benefits of Le Creuset products and ensure effective in-store product demonstrations," said Will Copenhaver, director of marketing communications, Le Creuset, in the Home World Business report.
