Linnworks, which provides inventory, order and warehouse management solutions for online retailers, has partnered with Temu, a global e-commerce marketplace, to offer retailers a streamlined way to manage operations while accessing consumers via Temu's growing platform.

Temu, which launched in the U.S. in September 2022, operates in over 80 markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania. It is the world's second most-visited e-commerce site, according to SimilarWeb, only behind Amazon, according to a press release.

Linnworks processes more than $8 billion in GMV annually and integrates with over 100 sales channels, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer platforms, and emerging online shopping hubs.

Key features of the integration include:

  • Linnworks automatically synchronizes stock levels with Temu Marketplace to prevent overselling and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Existing and new Temu Marketplace listings can be linked to Linnworks inventory items for seamless stock and price updates.
  • New product listings on the Temu Marketplace can be created directly through Linnworks.
  • Prices on Temu Marketplace listings are automatically updated to stay competitive.
  • Temu orders are downloaded automatically into Linnworks, allowing retailers to reserve stock and avoid overselling.
  • Orders can be marked as shipped, with tracking numbers and shipping service details sent to Temu.
  • Refunds and cancellations can be processed directly on Temu Marketplace via Linnworks.

"This partnership with Temu is a significant step forward in our commitment to connecting retailers with high-growth marketplaces. Emerging platforms like Temu are making great strides in the global e-commerce industry, offering unprecedented opportunities for retailers around the world to reach new audiences and drive growth. We are pleased to be playing a role in empowering these retailers with the tools and integrations needed to thrive in such dynamic environments," Chris Timmer, CEO of Linnworks, said in the release.
