The COVID-19 pandemic is dramatically changing the landscape for the financial services industry, especially when it comes to customer preferences and satisfaction.

As governmental changes in health and safety regulations are being accelerated, financial institutions are being tasked to quickly make decisions that will have a direct effect on how customers perceive their experience. An upcoming live webinar will focus on how financial institutions are handling customer interaction and satisfaction since the onset of the pandemic and as the "new normal" falls into place.

The webinar will take place Thursday, July 16 at 2:00 p.m. ET, hosted by ATM Marketplace and sponsored by Ventus, an industry leader in ATM networking.

The interactive session will be hosted by E.J. Kritz, director of training for ath Power Consulting. The session will also feature an expert panel representing top banks that will share insights and offer views into what banks are doing in terms of customer satisfaction and interaction.
