Calvin McDonald, CEO of Lululemon, will leave the role in early 2026.

The athleisure brand said it is working with a search firm to replace McDonald, according to a New York Times report.

The news comes as the retailer's shares have drop nearly 50% this year amid competition from younger retailers as well as criticism from Chip Wilson, the company's founder.

Meghan Frank, CFO, and Andre Maestrini, chief commercial officer, are serving as interim CEOs.
