This holiday season, St. Croix, a high-end men's luxury apparel brand, is doing business on an online platform built by Vtex.
The brand is seeing higher overall sales and site traffic in the first three months, according to a press release.
"Building out your site in a way that is functional and easy-to-use for your customers makes all the difference in a retailer's success, especially in this economic climate," Amit Shah, Vtex U.S. general manager and chief strategy officer, said in the release.
The brand has maintained sales in a year-to-year comparison this year. Website sales of small and extended sizes have increased 20% in the first three months, expanding its underserved market, according to the release.
"With online business growth in mind, we chose to work with a platform that would give us everything we were missing in the past, such as improved filtering and search capabilities," Bernhard Brenner, St. Croix president, said in the release. "Vtex made this happen for us. Our company philosophy is to always create the very finest in what we produce, and now our online presence provides a vibrant method for conveying our core concept as a brand."
St. Croix chose Vtex for its search features and management tools, allowing the organization to build the online business it wants. The platform has simplified mobile shopping for St. Croix's customer base, with an ability to filter based on size, styles and colors.
