Manhattan hotel boosts guest experience with cloud technology

Ian Schrager's Public Hotel, in Lower Manhattan, is aiming to boost the customer experience with Stayntouch, a cloud-based hotel property management system technology, according to a hospitalitynet report.

Public Hotel uses Stayntouch PMS and kiosk solutions for guest check-ins, streamlined operations and enhanced connectivity to third party platforms.

"We're excited about our partnership with Public and share Ian Schrager's vision of delivering a luxurious guest experience through innovative technology and personalized service," Jacob Messina, CEO of Stayntouch, told the news outlet.
