Many millennials love Amazon more than drinking, sex

December 10, 2018

A good majority of millennials, 77 percent, are willing to give up drinking and 44 percent are willing to give up sex before giving up access to Amazon.

That’s according to a Max Borges Agency survey about millennials and their interaction/commitment to Amazon.

And there's no place off-limits when it comes to when and where millennials shop on Amazon: 47 percent shop while using the bathroom, 24 percent while grocery shopping and 19 percent shop while drunk. When it comes to when, 61 percent polled said they shop in the middle of the night.

The surveyed polled 1,108 18- to 34-year-olds in the U.S. who purchased consumer tech products on Amazon in the past year. And no, the survey was not commissioned by Amazon, according to the agency.
