During the event, Michael Allenson, Senior Strategic Director for Maritz Research’s Retail and Restaurant Group, will discuss how a retailer can measure their customer experience, develop a plan for improving it, and link customer experience performance to business outcomes.
Maritz Research will provide findings from CEBenchmarks, the company's proprietary customer experience benchmark measurement program, as well as other sources.
