Mens retailer Harry Rosen debuts loyalty program

Retailer Harry Rosen, which sells menswear, has launched a new loyalty program called Club Harry.

The Toronto-based retailer's program, according to a press release, offers the following:

  • Complimentary alterations, returns, preferred shipping rates and more.
  • Personalized offers and invitations to private sales.
  • VIP experiences: Access to exclusive events and special experiences.
  • Redeemable points on every purchase.

"Club Harry has a simple objective," Ian Rosen, president and COO, Harry Rosen, said in the release. "We want to create a stronger connection with clients and elevate their shopping experience. We'll do this by continuing our almost 70-year heritage of quality and craftsmanship, while evolving and offering additional personalized benefits for continued loyalty."
