Susan Sarandon and her daughter, Eva Amurri Martino, are part of Neiman Marcus' Spring 2012 Art of Fashion campaign that includes 14 portraits of mothers and daughters in the March edition of the refreshed Neiman Marcus publication known as "the book."
Debuting nearly 20 years ago, The Art of Fashion was a revolutionary step for a retailer as the campaign was designed to feature cutting-edge fashion and provocative photography, according to a company press release.
Photographer Mark Abrahams shot the portraits that capture mothers and daughters in a way that appeals to and connects with women of all ages. Designer merchandise featured in the campaign includes: Burberry Prorsum, Carolina Herrera, Chanel, Donna Karan NYC, Etro, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, J. Mendel, Lanvin Paris, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Tom Ford, Valentino and Vera Wang.
The Art of Fashion campaign will appear in the first version of the refreshed Neiman Marcus' the book. Building upon the book's signature fashion and beauty features, new lifestyle-oriented editorial content will be supplemented into the oversize magazine.
