Terminal B at New York's LaGuardia aiport now features an Uber Rider Center, Starbucks and the C Bar.
The new amenities are all aimed at improving the guest experience, according to a press release.
Starbucks Coffee launched a 1,144-square-foot location for travelers flying from D gates. The C Bar, available to passengers flying from C gates, provides draft and bottled beers as well as premium wines by the glass as well as grab-and-go food items. The Uber Rider Center — the first of its kind in North America — is a customer service center in the departures level.
"The new amenities that are being introduced in Terminal B will provide an enhanced guest experience for passengers traveling in and out of the terminal," said Stewart Steeves, CEO of LaGuardia Gateway Partners, in the release. "We are excited to be able to offer these new services as we continue to transform LaGuardia Airport into a facility that will provide a best-in-class flying experience for travelers."
