Northwest Bank attained the highest customer satisfaction among retail bankers in the Mid-Atlantic region, according to a new J.D. Power report.
The quarterly study assesses overall satisfaction in the retail banking experience. It is the fifth time in seven years Northwest has achieved the honor, according to an announcement.
"Receiving our fifth award in seven years from J.D. Power for being highest ranked in our six-state region is an incredible honor," said Steven G. Fisher, senior executive VP, production and revenue officer of Northwest, in the announcement. "Today, customers are better educated than ever and have higher expectations of service providers. This award again demonstrates we are on the right path."
Northwest Bank operates 150 full-service offices and seven free-standing drive-thrus.
