The latest product on Amazon is a house — rather several housing options in the pre-fab and modular fashion, and they're selling out.

While some of the "homes" are more like sheds and fancy garage-like structures, there are a few fashionable small format homes up for sale, and some even boast free shipping, according to a Market Watch report.

As one shopping expert told the media outlet, the homes offer a new opportunity for Amazon to reach consumers outside of the local area.
