Neiman Marcus is leaving the Hudson Yards retail development center, its first New York City store, and the property developer is talking with Facebook about renting the three floors that housed the retailer.

Facebook, according to a New York Post report citing information from WWD, is already leasing 1.5 million square feet in three buildings at Hudson Yards.

The decision by Neiman Marcus comes a month after the retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The retailer reportedly is also aiming to close down a Dallas store as well as stores in Ft. Lauderdale and Westchester county, New York, according to the Post.
