PishPoshBaby picks eGifter for social registry system

September 12, 2013

Children's retailer PishPoshBaby and eGifter, a social gifting company, have announced the launch of the new PishPoshBaby online registry and social group gifting system using the eGifter platform.

The registry application allows families to set up a gift registry for a variety of occasions. Anyone participating in the registry can purchase listed items outright, or they can initiate a group gift and invite other friends and family to contribute to the gift, the announcement said.

"The eGifter system solves the number one issue with registries, finally helping registry owners get the high-ticket items they really want," said Bernard Warman, CEO of PishPoshBaby. "This sets the PishPoshBaby registry apart from all others."

In addition to the registry at PishPoshBaby online, the eGifter social group gifting features are embedded in several places, including the retailer's product catalog and on the Facebook Fan page.

"Visitors choose to login with Facebook to make the process of sharing and inviting group gift contributors a fun, easy and social process," said Tyler Roye, CEO of eGifter. "The use of Facebook also provides social exposure for PishPoshBaby and allows for social propagation of special offers."
