ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Prairie Interactive Messaging, a CSG Systems company, today announced the release of its Customer Interaction Solutions Suite, designed for the retail industry.
This multichannel communications suite will help retailers connect with their customers using a blend of the individual customer's preferred communication channels through an integrated messaging suite that combines interactive voice, SMS/text, email and print communications. This allows retailers to communicate with individual customers about special offers, discounts and other incentives on a personal level.
By leveraging the advanced analytics capabilities of CSG's Quaero marketing analytics solution, also available to use with the Customer Interaction Solutions Suite, retailers can determine the communication channel preferences and appropriate messages for their customers, increasing the likelihood for higher response rates.
In addition, the new solution offers Mobile Couponing, which allows retailers to deliver coupons and other incentives to purchase goods and services directly to a consumer's mobile phone.
Prairie's Customer Interaction Solution Suite is designed to maximize response rates providing a cutting-edge way to supplement traditional marketing channels, such as in-store signage, on-line ads, TV ads, print ads and radio spots.
