PredictSpring, an omnichannel commerce and POS provider, has launched an AI-powered voice assistant for its Modern POS featuring natural language using voice-based interactions.
The feature will streamline the customer service experience and drive improved efficiency and higher conversions, according to a press release.
The voice assistant allows for seamless interaction between store associates and POS systems and can understand complex voice interactions, offer responses to various requests and respond to operational commands.
