David Frei, vice president of strategic partnerships at Pyramid Computerand an advisory board member of the Interactive Customer Experience Association, offers his insights on how he keeps abreast of rapid changes in the customer facing industry during a video interview.

Interviewed by Morgan Petty, ICXA executive director, Frei notes that the consumer market is much faster changing than B2B industrial markets. Hence, he finds significant value in the networking opportunities offered by the ICX Association.

The biggest growth for Pyramid Computer in the past year has been for temperature checking kiosks on account of the coronavirus pandemic, according to Frei.

Frei discusses the importance of both hardware and software partnerships and describes several use cases.
