Quidsi launches new online toy destination YoYo.com

Quidsi, Inc., parent company to Diapers.com, Soap.com, BeautyBar.com and Wag.com, has announced the launch of its online toy store, YoYo.com. According to the company, the site will offer the same fast, free delivery and unmatched customer service millions of individuals have grown to know and love from the Quidsi family of sites.

At launch, the site will carry 20,000 toys, books, video games and collectibles. Significant selection will be added throughout 2011, the company said in a press release.

"We've heard again and again that toy shopping can be totally overwhelming, which is why we wanted to create a toy destination that makes the experience as simple and efficient as possible, and hopefully even a little fun," said Marc Lore, CEO of Quidsi, Inc. "YoYo.com helps every type of gift giver find the perfect toy, whether it's parents who know exactly what they're looking for, or those who need a little guidance and some handpicked recommendations along the way."

Site features include:

• YoYo Picks:A hand-selected assortment of stand-out toys chosen by the YoYo.com team to help shoppers identify the most "wow-worthy" toys for each age group and product category.
• Top 10 Toys by Age:The top 10 YoYo Picks for each ages ranging from 0 to 13.
• Toy Finder:YoYo.com's shopping shortcut, allowing customers to browse more efficiently based on age, gender and price point.
• Super Filters:Features that help shoppers further narrow search results based on key attributes like Award-Winning, Eco-Friendly, No Assembly Required and No Batteries Required.
• WishList:An easily shareable, user-generated wish list that allows parents to add specific products to help guide potential gift givers in their selections.

YoYo.com will offer free 1-2 day shipping on all orders of $49 or more. The site will share an online shopping cart with Diapers.com, Soap.com, BeautyBar.com and Wag.com. Purchases from all sites count towards the free shipping minimum, which is lowered to $39 for orders that contain products from more than one site.
