Qwick Media buying Lucid Management Group

Qwick Media, an interactive digital hardware and software company, is acquiring Lucid Management Group, which manufactures transit and street furniture.

The acquisition, which is expected to close by the end of September, will integrate Qwick Media technology into Lucid Management’s products to provide an enhanced product customer experience, according to a press release.

"Together, the combined company will be one of the few companies that can offer turnkey solutions in transit infrastructure, street furniture and other interactive digital media products to its customers," stated the release.
