Ralph Lauren hires CEO

Patrice Louvet will step into the CEO role for Ralph Lauren Corp.

The former Procter & Gamble leader will also become a board member when he starts work on July 17, according to a Reuters report.

"Finding the right partner to work with me to take us forward in our evolution has been my primary focus over the last several months and I am thrilled that Patrice is joining our talented team," Executive Chairman Ralph Lauren said in a statement, according to Reuters.
