Mobile shoppers are most active on Sundays, according to a report from Opera Software, whose eponymous browser is used by 270 million smartphone owners worldwide.

The study also shows variation in mobile shopping activity by region. In the U.S., mobile shopping traffic is the highest between the middle of October and mid-February. In Asia, mobile shopping peaks in March and July, while western Europe sees its biggest increases in traffic during November and December.
