Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit will host exclusive reception at Red Chariot

August 3, 2011

Next, week, the second annual Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit will take place at the Graves 601 hotel in Minneapolis, MN. In addition to two full days of networking and education, all centered around how retailers can differentiate on customer experience, the opening evening of the event will take place at the newly opened Red Chariot Immersion Center.

The reception will take place Monday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Attendees will be among the first in the industry to tour the Red Chariot facility and experience some of the latest innovations in and approaches to store design (lighting, sound, materials and more) and how to leverage those elements in a retail setting. Members of Red Chariot's Retail Collaborative will be on site to share insights and perspectives of how their areas of expertise influence a truly branded customer experience. Food, drink and networking opportunities will be plentiful.

About Red Chariot:

Red Chariot helps brands and retailers create the most compelling retail experiences. By offering clients access to their branded store, forums and design "charrettes," Red Chariot is able to link brand, product and shopper understanding in a way that creates the most compelling retail presentation.

The Store at Red Chariot:Red Chariot is complete with a branded retail store. Serving as a living, breathing stimulus, visitors are able to experience how sound, light, color, material choices, mobile devices and other elements can influence shopper behavior.

Red Chariot Design Forums:Red Chariot forums are hosted to marry store observations to real initiatives. In forums, the company works "en charrette" – "Charrette" is derived from the French word for "chariot." In the 19th century, student architects would work furiously on their assignments while riding "en charrette" through the streets of Paris. Today, it refers to cross-discipline collaborative sessions where a group of designers draft their response for a specific assignment.

Registration for the Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit is still open, limited to retail executives only.
