Attendees at the Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit, August 1-3 in Chicago, will begin the event with a visit to Woodfield Mall, the largest mall in the Chicago area.
Guided groups of attendees will visit various locations in the mall, which contains more than 285 stores, and will take part in interactive exercises to gain insight into ways they can improve their own retail business.
"There's no substitute for getting out in the field and seeing what your competition is up to," said Retail Customer Experience editor James Bickers, who will be leading one of the groups on the Sunday tour. "This is going to be an exciting afternoon, and one that will get attendees geared up for the great event we have in store for them."
The Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit is two days of networking, education and the exchange of ideas. Registration is open to all retail executives.
