Revel Systems, a provider of a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform, has introduced Concierge Services, a program to help retailers maximize the revenue potential of the Revel Essentials and Revel Enterprise POS systems, according to a press release.
The services, which are customizable to meet specific client needs, help businesses strategically manage their growth, and in some cases, even outsource the POS administration.
"Most restaurants and retailers use a fraction of the technology available to them because they don't have the resources to get it operationalized," Leslie Leaf, chief customer officer at Revel Systems, said in the release. "Through our Concierge Services, our customers can focus on being entrepreneurs and we'll handle the technology side of their business."
The initiative offers a range of support and training services, and includes industry insights webinars, 24/7 support and a knowledge base. In addition, the program includes:

Certification services enable clients to achieve install certification under the training of Revel experts, qualifying them to complete their own Revel POS installation. Remote training allows clients access to custom, in-depth coaching from Revel experts.
