Revlon hires first female CEO

Debra Perelman is the first female CEO to take the helm at Revlon.

Perelman is the daughter of Ronald Perelman, who owns the cosmetic company. She is replacing Fabian Garcia who served as CEO for the past two years, according to a Reuters report.

She served most recently as COO and has worked for Revlon for two decades.
