In the wake of a data breach, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor are offering consumers a free credit monitoring service.
The data hack, discovered at the end of March, affected 5 million customers of the two retailers, which are owned by Hudson’s Bay Company.
The company has stated the data risk has been contained, according to a New York Post report, which also noted there is no timeframe announced regarding the monitoring service.
