When it comes to the biggest difference between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, the top scorer is Save A Lot, according to Glassdoor and the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Petco ranked as the second highest-scoring difference, and Wegmans had the smallest difference between customer and employee satisfaction, according to a press release on the findings.
The research compared the Glassdoor review score from employees, and the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index, to determine which retail company has the highest difference between customer and employee satisfaction.
Save A Lot, a discount supermarket chain, scored a 75 out of 100 for customer satisfaction while employee satisfaction on Glassdoor came in at just 34 out of 100.
Petco follows in second with a scoring difference of 19. Customer satisfaction for this company is high, with a score of 79, while employee satisfaction is scored at 60.
