Sharp has added the PN-HM Series and PN-HB Series to its portfolio of 4K displays. The PN-HM Series features the PN-HM651 65-inch Class and PN-HM751 75-inch Class and the PN-HB Series includes the PH-HB651 65-inch Class, PN-HB751 75-inch Class and PN-HB851 85-inch Class, according to a press release.
The PN-HM series of displays offer 500-nits of brightness and can work in 24/7 environments, while the PN-HB Series offers 350-nits of brightness and can work for 16 hours a day. Both lines of displays come with a built-in system-on-a-chip controller.
"We are excited to introduce our newest generation of 4K Ultra-HD displays, which provide powerful new solutions to deliver commercial content," said Gary Bailer, director of product planning and marketing, pro AV products, Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, in the release. "The PN-HB and PN-HM series provide organizations greater versatility and easy operability in a wide variety of settings, sizes and applications. With these new additions, our smart signage is now available in 10 models — from 40-inch to 85-inch Class sizes and a number of sizes in between — in different brightness levels."
