Sitecore partners with Microsoft to build joint e-commerce solution

Sitecore, developer of customer experience management software, today announced at the National Retail Federation's Annual Convention & Expo that it will integrate its customer experience platform with Microsoft Dynamics' omni-channel commerce capabilities. The companies said that this combined solution will give enterprise businesses the power to design and execute fully connected digital retail experiences that put the customer at the heart of every interaction and engagement.

"In the increasingly competitive e-commerce landscape, retailers need to make customer experiences seamless across every channel where they interact, and personally relevant whether they are in the store, or online anywhere," said Darren Guarnaccia, chief strategy officer at Sitecore.
