The mobile solution provider's NASDAQ uplisting will be marked by the bell ringing event.
August 12, 2015
In celebration of being uplisted to the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, SITO Mobile CEO Jerry Hug will ring the market’s closing bell Thursday.
The mobile solution provider has enjoyed a robust business start in 2015 with significant growth in fiscal third quarter revenues. According to a release, the company attributed the healthy growth to its acquisition of Hipcricket, a mobile marketing services firm, and the hire of Betsy Bernard for the role of lead director. Bernard is the former president of AT&T.
