Smartify Media brings storefront displays to NYC, LA markets

Smartify Media, creator of a digital media revenue platform for retail locations, has expanded its Smartify Network with activations in retail and street digital locations throughout the New York City and Los Angeles metro markets, according to a company press release.

With storefront displays active in Boston and Tampa Bay as well, Smartify has installed and is managing digital networks in gyms, restaurants, spas, vacant spaces, and more.

Smartify works directly with retailers, commercial landlords, and manufacturers to assess the media value of physical space and implement a customized, integrated digital signage and content network that gets maximum value from the property. The company's digital solutions can also enhance the attractiveness of vacancies.

"In many cases, retailers and property owners do not recognize the potential media value inherent in their locations, particularly street-level locations in major cities like New York and Los Angeles," Joe Kunigonis, Smartify Media CEO, said in the release. "After assessing the value of real estate, we implement an end-to-end solution that ultimately digitizes, modernizes, and beautifies the location, using both the storefront and interior spaces, with the option of generating revenue from advertising."

Smartify's Digital Storefront Display is two-sided that showcases custom content for in-store shopping audiences and broadcasts advertising content from programmatic platforms to pedestrians and outside traffic. Smartify also designs, builds, monetizes, and manages private-labeled digital display networks for retail and real estate companies, partnering with Samsung for infrastructure and network management.

"No matter the retail format or content preference, Smartify has the capabilities, technology, and partnerships to digitally transform any storefront and implement a new digital experience for retailers and their customers," Kunigonis said.
