Sports retailer builds a tent vending machine

Decathlon, a U.K. based sports retailer, has developed what it calls the world's first tent vending machine for display at the Trinity Leeds shopping mall in Leeds, U.K., according to a leeds-live.co.uk report.

Chris Allen, outdoor sports leader at the retailer, said the company has seen a big jump in demand for tents along with other camping products over the past year.

The machine was designed to vend the Quechua 2 Seconds Easy for £99.99 ($138.39).
