Stop & Shop offers language assistance to pharmacy customers

Boston Herald: Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. is giving some translation assistance to its pharmacy customers who speak little or no English. The supermarket chain is piloting a new telephone-based program that allows customers to communicate with pharmacists via live interpreters who speak more than 175 languages.
