STRATACACHE, a provider of scalable, high-performance digital signage, content distribution and enterprise video acceleration technologies, exhibited its latest retail experiences at Retail World Asia. The sixth annual conference, a dedicated event for end-to-end solutions and applications for retailers, was held in Singapore on April 24 and 25.
It was the first time at the conference for STRATACACHE, which showcased its latest digital media solutions for helping connect retailers to their customers.
"In today's changing retail landscape, customer experience is crucial," Steve Choi, senior vice president of Asia-Pacific for STRATACACHE, said in a news release. "Engaging, interactive digital media solutions are the keys to unlocking an unforgettable customer experience that creates an emotional connection between the retailer and its customers."
According to the release, the company's Retail Proxy solution is its latest development to hit retail establishments. The solution lets retailers use tablets in-store without worrying about unreliable connectivity.
The company's digital media experiences are powered by its ActiVia for Media digital signage software, which allows users to create, schedule, manage and monitor marketing messages from any Web browser. Brand marketers can centrally deliver real-time, targeted messages to specific locations based on customer demographics and promotional campaigns.
