Supermarkets doing a better job in customer experience, reveals study

Supermarkets are generating higher satisfaction among shoppers, and fostering a stronger referral rate but need to do better when it comes to customer loyalty and growing sales.

Those are the finding of a new Retail Feedback Group study which ranks supermarkets on a one-to-five scale when it comes to consumer satisfaction and consumer recommendation, according to an announcement.
