Symphony RetailAI taps Todd Michaud to lead retail solutions

Todd Michaud is the new president and chief customer officer of the Americas for Symphony RetailAI's Retail Solutions Division.

Prior to joining Symphony RetailAI, Michaud led NCR's global enterprise, merchandising and supply chain croup as global VP and GM. Michaud started his career with 16 years at IBM Corporation.
