The top Florida bank when it comes to overall customer satisfaction is TD Bank, according to the 2016 J.D. Power U.S. Retail Ranking Study.
Last year the bank landed in the second spot on the rankings and held the top perch back in 2013, according to an announcement.
"We are committed to creating a great banking experience for our customers," said Ernie Diaz, TD Bank's regional president of Florida. "This award demonstrates that we are doing the right thing for our customers. It also reflects our employees' passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and empowering businesses to grow."
The study ranks 11 big banks on categories from product offerings, facility, account information, fees and problem resolution to channel activities. According to J.D. Power, TD Bank also attained high scores in facility and channel activities. Its score in Florida was the highest ever awarded in any TD region.
