Toys R Us may not disappear entirely

While liquidation and store closing sales are taking place at Toys R Us locations across the world there are more than a few efforts to keep the store, and the brand, in play.

In fact there are more than 115 interested parties interested in purchasing the retailer, and the brand has talked to over 85 about potential purchase, according to a New York Post report.

The iconic toy seller has an August date to sell its U.S. intellectual property yet its Asia division has bidders offering more than $1 billion, according to the report.
