Tulip, which provides integrated clienteling and POS solutions, has acquired Humankind, an e-commerce clienteling solution provider.
The Humankind technology will be combined with Tulip's, according to a press release.
Founded by e-commerce executive David Weissman, Humankind provides personalized e-commerce customer experiences.

With this acquisition, Tulip gains Humankind's e-commerce clienteling product and its clients, including leading retailers and brands such as MM LaFleur and Dermstore.
