Uber launches return product delivery service

Food and a ride are not the only things Uber is providing to users. The ride share company, which also runs Uber Eats, is now providing item return services.

The "return a package" feature lets Uber members send a maximum of five (prepaid and sealed) items to the nearby post office, Fed Ex or UPS site for $5, and for a $3 fee for Uber One members, according to a USA Today report.

The service, available on Uber and Uber Eat apps, is available in approximately $5,000 cities. Uber told USA Today it will be a "huge time saver and convenience play."
