Value retailer to call Fifth Avenue home

Five Below, a discount retailer with 600 stores nationwide, will open a flagship location on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

The store, according to CNBC, will open later this year and the retailer is aiming to have more than 2,500 stores open in the future.

"This is a unique opportunity for us to establish a presence in one of the world's most iconic and popular shopping destinations and introduce new customers to the Five Below brand," CEO Joel Anderson told CNBC.
