Vera Bradley, a high-end women's apparel and accessories brand, is deploying Reflexis Appointments, a technology from Reflexis Systems, part of Zebra Technologies, to provide customers with a tailored and custom shopping experience.
The solution enables customers to select an in-person or virtual shopping session and will help Vera Bradley streamline and improve the customer shopping experience, according to a press release.
"Reflexis Appointments lets customers initiate and choose their shopping experience, and our stores have benefited from this customized approach," Kelly Brown, VP of stores, Vera Bradley, said in the release. "This helpful technology ensures we have the right employees in place to meet our customers' needs, and feedback has shown shoppers plan to continue using this personalized approach in the future."
Customer appointments are accounted for in labor forecasts and schedules to ensure the right staff with the right skills can meet customer demand. Appointment data can be integrated with a CRM or other third-party systems for better customer-facing processes.
