Verdane buys up Confirmit

Confirmit, a market research, customer experience and employee experience software as a solution provider, is being acquired by Verdane, a northern European specialty growth equity investor that is also a major investor in  visualization reporting firm Dapresy AB.

The two companies, Confirmit and Dapresy AB, will be merged, according to a press release.

"The combination of the Dapresy and Confirmit solutions will be unmatched in the market research and customer experience arena," said Pål Malmros, responsible for the investment at Verdane, in the release. Tobi Andersson, CEO of Dapresy said, "Dapresy has comprehensive CX and market research reporting software, and Confirmit provides the technology that underpins some of the world's most sophisticated insights programs. Together, we will provide customers with state-of-the-art collection and reporting for marketing research and customer experience management."
