Vitamin Shoppe taps Hughes Network Systems for omnichannel support

The Vitamin Shoppe is deploying the HughesON Managed Network Services from Hughes Network Systems across its 700-plus U.S. locations to support its retail, digital and franchise outlets.

The scalable Network-as-a-Service solution from Hughes will provide The Vitamin Shoppe with a secure Software-Defined Wide Area Network, according to a press release.

With elements of a Secure Access Service Edge framework, the HughesON managed solution for The Vitamin Shoppe protects the network with security at every endpoint and transport, provides redundant transports for reliability and maximum uptime and employs automated policy orchestration for scalability, among other features.
